I met Ronald as I was walking in the door of the dealership, and he shepherded me through the entire process. I felt that both Ron, and J.R. Snedden, Finance Manager, went above and beyond in explaining everything clearly and addressing my questions and concerns. Both were knowledgeable, helpful, and J.R. gladly included my oldest son on a phone call when I felt I needed his advice. More
